WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use FedEx 2-Day Air for US shipping. Items shipped to the UK, France, Germany, China, Japan, and Australia will be sent via FedEx International Priority with Insurance. We are happy to place other international orders when shipping methods are available, and most will be sent via USPS International Priority.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IN THE U.S.?

All jewelry is shipped within the USA via FedEx 2-Day Air and is insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. The cost for shipping within the Continental US is $25.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

International shipping costs $120. Orders to the UK, France, Germany, China, Japan, and Australia are sent via FedEx International Priority with insurance. For other countries, most shipments will go through USPS International Priority. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us for options. Please note that any brokerage fees, import taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility. We’ll send a tracking number once your order ships.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SAFE IN TRANSIT AND DELIVERY?

We require a signature for all deliveries, so packages won’t be left unattended. Garland Collection is not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier. All packages are insured against theft and damage during transit. Once signed for, we are no longer liable. Each piece is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. Please check your package upon arrival, and if you find any damage, contact us at info@garlandcollection.com.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
