WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use FedEx 2-Day Air for US shipping. Items shipped to the UK, France, Germany, China, Japan, and Australia will be sent via FedEx International Priority with Insurance. We are happy to place other international orders when shipping methods are available, and most will be sent via USPS International Priority.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST IN THE U.S.?

All jewelry is shipped within the USA via FedEx 2-Day Air and is insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. The cost for shipping within the Continental US is $25.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

International shipping costs $120. Orders to the UK, France, Germany, China, Japan, and Australia are sent via FedEx International Priority with insurance. For other countries, most shipments will go through USPS International Priority. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us for options. Please note that any brokerage fees, import taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility. We’ll send a tracking number once your order ships.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SAFE IN TRANSIT AND DELIVERY?

We require a signature for all deliveries, so packages won’t be left unattended. Garland Collection is not responsible for delays by the shipping carrier. All packages are insured against theft and damage during transit. Once signed for, we are no longer liable. Each piece is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping. Please check your package upon arrival, and if you find any damage, contact us at info@garlandcollection.com.

Our new Classic Dog Tags offer a personalized piece a chic edge. We love wearing dog tags alone on one of our fabulous ball chains or layered with other charms.

The Statement sized Dog Tag...well...makes a serious Statement. She's a big girl and really POPS! Especially on our heavy duty and glam 3mm ball chain. Major.

Each dog tag may be ordered with a handmade round bail or a removable diamond clip to be used as a regular jump ring or for attaching to a large link statement chain. (Diamond Clips and Chains sold separately). For custom engraving, elaborate hand engraving or additional stone setting options (like diamonds and birthstones), please reach out to us at info@garlandcollection.com -- we would love to help!

Each piece is created individually for you and with care. Each order is checked and double-checked before it is shipped. If damage does occur during delivery, the item must be returned within 5 business day of receipt and only as authorized by Garland Collection – we will fix or replace the item if necessary and return the item to you promptly. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry – please contact us if you have any questions.

Garland Collects & Maison – We will accept returns on Garland Collects vintage jewelry if notified of your decision to return the piece within 3 days of receiving the item. Garland Collection Maison items will be marked FINAL SALE if they cannot be returned or exchanged under the same policy as our vintage jewelry. Please do not ship any items back to us without receiving instructions first. You may either return the item for a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee or you can choose a credit for the full purchase price paid to be used towards the cost of any other Garland Collects piece of your choice (all Garland Collection fine jewelry is excluded from this credit).
